Lasagna
Ingredients: Serves 4
Ragout
Defrost the ragout from Tuesday, December 8, in the refrigerator approximately 24 hours before we begin.
Alternatively, you can make a new ragout; see the shopping list from December 8 here. If you are quick, you can make it at the same time as the fresh pasta dough and béchamel sauce that we will be preparing together this evening.
Béchamel sauce
70 g butter
70 g flour
1 liter of milk
Pinch of nutmeg
For the lasagna
50-100 g Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano
Pasta dough
275 g flour
225 g semolina
250 g egg yolk
We are live from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
We usually cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – tonight we will be on from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. Cooking takes about 20-60 minutes, depending on the dish, and you can always join in!

What you can do in advance
Place all the ingredients on your kitchen counter so you're ready when we get started.
Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have done in the shopping list above, so that the various items you need to make the different dishes are grouped together and ready to use.
