General

THE ITALIAN FOOD COMPANY ApS provides subscriptions to Mr. Brunello's Wine Club, hereinafter referred to as the Service.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration.

Compliance with Danish legislation on the sale of alcohol and spirits

As special rules apply to the sale of alcohol and spirits in Denmark, we kindly ask you to be aware of the following:

– Persons between the ages of 16 and 18 may purchase wine, alcohol, etc. up to 16.5% alcohol content.

– Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase spirits and stronger alcoholic beverages (vodka, gin, etc.) above 16.5%.

Fees and Payment

THE ITALIAN FOOD COMPANY ApS accepts payments by Visa/Dankort, Mobilepay, and Mastercard.

All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK). Prices include VAT.

Fees for using the Service shall be paid in accordance with the prices applicable at any given time, which are available on the website.

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.

The customer must pay for the subscription using the payment methods offered on the website.

Delivery

Please note that all bottles included in the subscriptions must be picked up at the restaurant L’Enoteca di Mr. Brunello the address Rysensteensgade 16 – 1564 Copenhagen V.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of return on the agreement. The 14 days apply from the day on which the subscription was ordered, and the cancellation must be reported to us within this period. If you have received any bottles of wine in connection with your subscription, these must be returned within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after the cancellation has been reported.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to lenoteca@lenoteca.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of goods upon return

Goods received in connection with a subscription to Mr. Brunello's wine club cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the label or similar has been damaged (the seal also includes special packaging that protects the goods and serves as a guarantee that the goods have not been opened).

Right of complaint

A two-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to THE ITALIAN FOOD COMPANY ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint shall lapse in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The information will be stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you cancel your subscription to Mr. Brunello's Wine Club, there will no longer be any purpose for storing your information, and it will be deleted or anonymized.

You always have the right to access and correct or delete personal data or restrict processing concerning the data subject, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Changes in trading conditions

THE ITALIAN FOOD COMPANY ApS reserves the right to change the fee and other terms and conditions of the Service. The change must be notified to the Customer no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the Customer is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the date on which the change takes effect. If the Customer does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, this shall be deemed acceptance of the change. Changes that are clearly to the Customer's advantage shall take effect immediately without the Customer having the right to terminate the subscription.
