Spaghetti alle alici e noci
Spaghetti with anchovies and walnuts
Ingredients: Serves 4
Pasta
Approximately 400 g spaghetti
Anchovy and walnut sauce
Approximately 100 g anchovies
Approximately 80 g walnuts
50 g pitted black olives
10 sprigs of parsley
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, as coarse as possible
Approximately 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ragout (for Tuesday, December 15)
1 kg minced beef and pork
2 carrots
1 onion
2 stalks of celery
1 bay leaf
250 ml red wine
Approximately 1.5 kg peeled tomatoes
We are live from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Cooking takes between 20 and 60 minutes, depending on the dish, and you can always join in!

Place all the ingredients on your kitchen counter so you're ready when we get started.
Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have done in the shopping list above, so that the various items you need to make the different dishes are grouped together and ready to use.
