For us, authentic Italian food is all about taste, quality, and honesty—and that goes for gluten-free food too. Some of our guests ask if we can make gluten-free dishes, and the answer is yes, in many cases we can—but not always.
Here we explain exactly how we handle gluten-free requirements, so you know what to expect and how best to book a table if you want a gluten-free experience.
🍝 What we can offer
We have several dishes that are naturally gluten-free, such as:
- many of our starters with fish, meat, and vegetables
- when we make risotto
- selected main courses, e.g., brasato, grilled meat, or fish
- some of our desserts
- The Cheese Committee
We can always offer gluten-free pasta on both our 4-course menu and our full-evening menu.
⚠️ What we cannot guarantee
Even though we make every effort, our kitchen is not 100% gluten-free. We work with flour and bread in the same kitchen, and therefore we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of gluten in our dishes.
Please note: Even minimal traces of gluten can trigger reactions in people with high sensitivity or celiac disease. For this reason, we would like to point out that we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten in our kitchen.

If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, please write this in the comments field when you book a table – e.g.:
“1 guest gluten-free – celiac disease”
Then we can take this into account in advance, and our team can guide you to the safest dishes of the day.
