Ingredients:

The meat

600-700 g rack of lamb

Approximately 10-20 grams of mint, as needed

Approximately 10-20 g rosemary, as needed

Approximately 10-20 g thyme, as needed

Approximately 10-20 g sage, as needed

Approximately 150 g breadcrumbs, as needed

Salt, as needed

Pepper, as needed

Zucchini / Squash

4 squash

1 liter sunflower oil

1-2 cloves of garlic

1-2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

5-10 g mint, as needed

Salt and pepper, as needed

Pinzimonio (raw vegetables)

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper, as needed

Red wine vinegar

1 bunch celery

2 fennel

3 carrots

200 g small/baby tomatoes (e.g., pachino or cherry tomatoes)
