White fish and lentils
Ingredients: Serves 4
Fish
600-800 g fish, e.g., turbot fillet, monkfish tail, halibut fillet
Lenses – ATTENTION >>>>>>>>>
400-500 g lentils
1 carrot
½ onion
3 celery stalks
1 sprig of rosemary
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Optional: 1 pinch of chili
5-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Water

The lenses must be soaked in the morning.
We are live between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
We cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Cooking takes between 20 and 60 minutes, depending on the dish, and you can always join in!
What you can do in advance
Place all the ingredients on your kitchen counter so you're ready when we get started.
Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have done in the shopping list above, so that the various items you need to make the different dishes are grouped together and ready to use.
It is a good idea to:
Soak the lenses in the morning (this must be done ..)
Peel/wash the carrot
Peel/chop onions and garlic
Wash tomatoes and celery
Pots and pans
