Coniglio al vino bianco
Rabbit and white wine
Ingredients: Serves 4
Preparation of rabbit
2 rabbit bags or 1 whole rabbit
½ white onion
1 whole bunch of celery (called a ‘stalk’)
2 carrots
1 glass of white wine
1 handful of black olives
Extra virgin olive oil
S/P
1 tablespoon of butter
Fund
Celery (use one rib from the stalk already listed)
1 carrot
1 potato
2 sprigs of parsley
½ white onion
Side dish as you wish
Oak potato/salad

What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingredients on your kitchen table so that you're ready for 5 pm.
Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have divided them into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook are together and ready to use.
It is a good idea to
Peel the onion and divide into two halves.
Wash the parsley, celery, potato, and carrots.
Have butter and white wine ready
