Risotto ai funghi
Risotto with mushrooms
Ingredients: Serves 4
Vegetable stock
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 carrot
2 celery stalks
1 white onion or 2-3 spring onions
1 potato
Salt
Water
Mushrooms
½ kg mushrooms (such as porcini mushrooms or mixed mushrooms)
2-3 sprigs of parsley
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of peperoncino / red chili
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Risotto
½ white onion or 1-2 spring onions
5-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
200 g butter
150 g grated Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano
3-4 sprigs of parsley
Approximately 320 g risotto rice
We are live between 5 and 6 p.m.
We cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 and 6 pm, starting at 5 pm. Cooking takes 20-60 minutes depending on the menu, and you can always join in!
What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingredients on your kitchen table so that you're ready for 5 pm.
Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have divided them into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook are together and ready to use.
