Gnocchi alla sorrentino
Potato pasta alla sorrentina


Ingredients: Serves 4
Cherry tomatoes

Gnocchi

500 g potatoes

200 g flour

1 egg

100 g extra flour

All Sorrentina

Approximately 1 kg peeled tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

½ onion

½ carrot

2 stalks of celery

100 g grated Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano

Some fresh basil

We are live Tuesdays between 5-6 pm

We cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 and 6 p.m. The cooking session lasts 20-60 minutes depending on the menu, and you can always join in!

Estimated preparation time

We expect the estimated prep time to be 30-45 minutes.

What can you do beforehand

Place all the ingredients on your kitchen table so that you're ready when we start. 

Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have divided them into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook are together and ready to use.

It’s a good idea to – Note:

NB – Boil the unpeeled tomatoes beforehand so that you have them ready when we go live at 5 pm.

Peel the onion

Peel/wash the carrot

Peel the garlic

Grate the cheese

Wash the basil
