Gnocchi alla sorrentino
Potato pasta alla sorrentina


Ingredients: 4 personer
Pomodorini

Gnocchi

500 gr potatoes

200 gr flower

1 egg

100 gr extra flower

Alla sorrentina

Ca 1 kg peeled tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

½ onion

½ carot

2 ribs of celery

100 gr grated Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano

Some fresh basil

We are live Tuesdays between 5-6 pm

We cook Live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 – 6. The cooking session dues 20-60 min depending on the menu and you can always join!

Estimated preparation time

We expect the estimated prep time to 30-45 minutes

What can you do beforehand

Place all the ingrediens on your kitchen table so that you’re set for when we start 

Divide them into small islands on the kitchen table, as we have divided into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook stand together and are ready to use

It’s a good idea to – NB:

NB – Boil the non peeled tomates before so that you’re with them when we go Live at 5 pm

Peel the onion

Peel/wash the carot

Peel the garlic

Grate the cheese

Wash the basil
