White fish and lentils
Ingredients: Serves 4
Fish
600-800 g fish, e.g. fillet of turbot and halibut or monkfish
Lentils – NOTE >>>>>>>>>
400-500 g lentils
1 carrot
½ onion
3 stalks of celery
1 sprig of rosemary
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
If you like, 1 pinch of chili
5-6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

You must
Soak the lentils in the morning and leave them under water until we start cooking.
We are live between 5 and 6 p.m.
We cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 and 6 pm, starting at 5 pm. Cooking takes 20-60 minutes depending on the menu, and you can always join in!
What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingredients on your kitchen table so that you're ready when we start.
Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have divided them into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook are together and ready to use.
It is a good idea to
Peel/wash the carrot
Peel the onion and garlic
Wash the tomatoes and celery.
