Ingredients for 4 persons
Ragout
Defrost your ragout from last Tuesday by placing it in your refrigerator about 24 hours before we start cooking.
Alternatively, make a new ragout; take a look at the grocery list here. If you are quick, you will be able to do it alongside the pasta dough and béchamel sauce.
Béchamel sauce
70 g butter
70 g flour
1 liter of milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
For the lasagna
50-100 g grated Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano
Pasta dough
275 g flour
225 g semolina
250 g egg yolk
We are live Tuesday between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
We usually cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 and 6 p.m. This evening, we'll be on from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The cooking session lasts 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the menu, and you can always join in!

Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have divided them into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook are together and ready to use.
