Ingredients for 4 persons
Ragout
Defrost your ragout from last Tuesday by placing it in your fridge around 24 hours prior to we start cooking
Alternatively, make a new ragout, have a look at the grocery list here. If you are fast you’ll be able to do it alongside the pasta dough and bechamel sauce
Bechamel sauce
70 gr butter
70 gr flower
1 liter milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
For the lasagna
50-100 gr grated Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano
Pasta dough
275 gr flowr
225 gr semola
250 gr egg yolk
We are live Tuesday between 5.30-6.30 pm
We normally cook Live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 – 6. This evening we’ll be on from 5.30-6.30. The cooking session dues 20-60 min depending on the menu and you can always join!

What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingrediens on your kitchen table so that you’re set for when we startÂ
Divide them into small islands on the kitchen table, as we have divided into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook stand together and are ready to use
