Gnocchi alla sorrentino
Potato pasta alla sorrentina


Ingredients: Serves 4
Cherry tomatoes

Gnocchi

500 g potatoes

200 g flour

1 egg

100 g extra flour

All Sorrentina

Approximately 1 kg peeled tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

½ onion

½ carrot

2 celery stalks

100 g grated Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano

A little fresh basil

We are live from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We cook live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Cooking takes between 20 and 60 minutes, depending on the dish, and you can always join in!

We expect this dish to take approximately 30-45 minutes.

What you can do in advance

Place all the ingredients on your kitchen counter so you're ready when we get started.

Divide them into small piles on the kitchen table, as we have done in the shopping list above, so that the various items you need to make the different dishes are grouped together and ready to use.

It is a good idea in advance to – NOTE:

  • Note: Boil the potatoes in advance with the skins on, so they are ready when we go live.
  • Peel the onion
  • Peel the garlic
  • Peel/wash the carrot and celery.
  • Grate the cheese
  • Rinse the basil
