Tagliatelle ai funghi
Tagliatelle with fungi misti
Ingredients: 4 persons
Preparation of fond
1 chicken thigh
1 celery stalk
1 parsley stalk
1 potato
1 carot
1 onion
2 l water
Sauce
4 spoons of olive oil extra vergine
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of chili
400 gr mixed mushrooms/funghi misti (eg mushrooms, oyster mushroom/pleurus, chanterelles, mushroom Porcini and likewise)

10 stalks of parsley
100 gr butter
100 gr Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano
Pasta
Ca 25 g salt
Water
400 gr tagliatelle all’uovo (tagliatelle with egg)

What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingredients on your kitchen table to that you’re all set for 5 pm
Divide into small islands following the shopping list so what you need to cook stand together ready to use
It’s a good idea to
Have your chicken thigh ready
Wash and have your celery ready
Peel the carot, potato and onion
Wash the parsley and have the stalks ready
Peel the garlic
Wash the funghi misti/mushrooms
Grate the cheese
Pots and pans
