Risotto ai funghi
Risotto with mushrooms
Ingredients: 4 persons
Vegetable fond
1-2 spoons olive oil extra vergine
1 carot
2 celery ribs
1 white onion or 2-3 spring onions
1 potato
Salt
Water
Mushrooms
½ kg mushrooms (eg Funghi Porcini or mixed mushrooms)
2-3 parsley ribs
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of peperoncino / red chili
3 spoons olive oil extra vergine
Salt
Risotto
½ white onion or 1-2 spring onions
5-6 spoons olive oil extra vergine
200 gr butter
150 gr grated Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano
3-4 parsley ribs
Ca 320 gr risotto-rice
We are Live between 5 – 6pm
We cook Live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 – 6 pm, starting at 5 pm, the cooking dues 20-60 min depending on the menu and you can always join!
What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingrediens on your kitchen table so that you’re set for 5 pm
Divide them into small islands on the kitchen table, as we have divided into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook stand together and are ready to use
