Pesce bianco e lenticchie
White fish and lentils
Ingredients: 4 persons
Fish
600-800 gr fish, eg filet of turbot og halibut or tale of munkfish
Lentils – OBS >>>>>>>>>
400-500 gr lentils
1 carot
½ onion
3 ribs of celery
1 rose mary sprig
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
If you like, 1 pinch of chili
5-6 spoons of olive oil extra vergine
Water

You must
Soak the lentils I the morning and leave them under water until we start cooking
We are Live between 5 – 6pm
We cook Live on Instagram on Tuesdays between 5 – 6 pm, starting at 5 pm, the cooking dues 20-60 min depending on the menu and you can always join!
What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingrediens on your kitchen table so that you’re set for when we start
Divide them into small islands on the kitchen table, as we have divided into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook stand together and are ready to use

Peel/wash the carot
Peel the onion and garlic
Wash the tomatoes and the celery
