600-700 g lamb crown

Approximately 10-20 grams of fresh mint

Approximately 10-20 g fresh rosemary

Approximately 10-20 g fresh thyme

Approximately 10-20 g fresh sage

Approximately 150 g bread crumbs

1-2 cloves of garlic

1-2 tablespoons white vinegar

5-10 g fresh mint
