Risotto ai scampi e asparagi
Risotto with virgin lobster and asparagus
Ingredients: 4 personer
Risotto
300 gr risotto ”arborio” or similar
150 gr asparagus
150 gr virgin lobster
Ca 50 gr Grana Padano / Parmigiano Reggiano – grated
Olive oil extra vergine
1 shallot
10-15 cl white wine
50 gr salted butter
2-3 stalks of broad-leaved parsley
S/P
Bouillon
1 carot
2 stalks of celery
1 onion
1 big potato
Water
Salt

What can you do beforehand
Place all the ingrediens on your kitchen table so that you’re set for 5 pm Â
Divide them into small islands on the kitchen table, as we have divided into the shopping list above, so that the different things you need to cook stand together and are ready to use
